The Australian Defence Credit Union is seeking a friendly, professional, and self-motivated team member that is well presented to fill this part-time position of Member Service Officer in our RAAF Edinburgh branch.
This position is contracted at 65 hours per fortnight.
The successful applicants will possess:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- High member service standards.
- Flexibility to meet service and staffing requirements.
- Prior experience in sales and cross selling of products.
Previous Credit Union and Defence experience is an advantage, but not essential as on the job training is provided.
