This loan allows you to offset 100% of a special savings balance on a daily basis against the balance of your loan. So you pay less interest on your loan and pay it off much sooner.

To maximise the offset benefit, you can have all of your income deposited into the savings account; then withdraw your money using the full range of access services.

Minimum loan $30,000
Borrow up to 95% of property valuation
No penalty for additional or lump sum repayments
Redraw available (minimum $500)
