Our BSB number has changed to 642 170. Our BSB change will affect all direct credits and debits. This includes any regular payments you have set up for utility, loan, rent and insurance payments.

Will this cause my payments to be rejected?

No need to worry, up until 30 September 2012, both our old BSB number 802 397 and new BSB number 642 170 will continue to work, so your payments will still be processed no matter which you use.

However, from 30 September 2012, only the new BSB number will be operational.

Do I need to do anything now?

If any of your direct debit/credit suppliers aren’t listed above, you will need to contact them to let them know our new BSB details. That way, you’ll be prepared well in advance for the BSB change on 30 September 2012.

To help with this process, we have provided sample direct credit and direct debit advice letters to help you complete this process.

BSB Direct Credit letter - for payments made into your account.
BSB Direct Debit letter - for payments deducted from your account.

Remember, we're here to help, so if you have any problems or questions about how to update your BSB details, please contact us.
