The ADCU Budget Home Loan is a no-frills home loan which offers many of the usual benefits of a standard variable home loan at a discounted interest rate. Home Equity Overdraft

A Home Equity Overdraft from ADCU gives you the flexibility of accessing the equity in your home any time you need it. It's an 'all-in-one' account where you can manage your income and day-to-day expenses through your home loan.

The Home Equity Overdraft gives you the flexibility of increasing or decreasing your repayments to suit your monthly expenses, as long as you repay a minimum of 1% of the outstanding loan balance per month.
