Compliance Assistant – Head Office, Sydney (Full time)

The Compliance Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Compliance Department. The Compliance Department is responsible for developing and coordinating activities that will deliver, maintain and enhance ADCU’s Compliance Framework.

  Additional Information
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with monthly preparation of Risk Committee papers
  • Organise risk reviews, Committee meetings and project meetings as required
  • Prepare and correlate reports
  • Support the application of the compliance and operational risk programs across the business in all relevant activities
  • Provide Compliance systems administration support
  • Document management, including filing of documents
  • Provide administration support in the preparation and renewal of contracts
  • General personal assistant duties including extensive diary management and appointment prioritisation through effective use of Microsoft Office

This role is a full time role of 76 hours a fortnight.

Loans Officer – Duntroon, Hume ACT (Full time)

The role of the Loans Officer is to provide professional lending information whilst promoting the products and services of ADCU.

  Additional Information
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provision of quality service and knowledgeable information on loans products
  • Process, review and approve loans within authority limits in accordance with credit policies and procedures
  • Identifying cross sell opportunities aligned with member’s needs and financial goals.
  • Achievement of individual targets and contribution to team targets
  • Participation in business development activities to build relationships with member and prospective members
  • Adherence to ADCU’s compliance and risk policy and procedures

We are looking for people who have:

  • Previous banking and finance experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience loans processing and delegation
  • A strong member focus and enjoy building relationships
  • A demonstrated ability to meet sales and service targets

Comprehensive on the job training will be provided.

This role is a full time role of 76 hours a fortnight.

The role of the Member Service Officer is to assist our members with their enquiries and banking transactions whilst promoting the products and services of ADCU.

  • Processing a variety of banking transactions
  • Checking and loading loans applications
  • Identifying cross sell opportunities aligned with member’s needs and financial goals

  • Participation in business development activities and Defence events
  • Adherence to ADCU’s compliance and risk policy and procedures

We are looking for people who have:
