Executive Management Team

There are six members of the executive team including the Chief Executive Officer.

    Ian Doyle, Chief Executive Officer

Ian Doyle joined ADCU as Chief Executive Officer in December 2007 with over 30 years experience in the Banking and Finance industry. Ian’s career with the NAB Group and Citibank has provided him with the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the financial services sector both within Australia and globally.

His experience in senior roles has allowed him to develop his competencies in relation Retail Banking, Operational support, Strategic and Operational planning and implementation plus a proven track record in establishing budgets and managing the Profit and Loss and Balance sheets for an organisation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a member of the Australasian Mutuals Institute.

Andrew Prichard, Head of Finance and Operations

Andrew Prichard joined ADCU in September 2011 in the role of Head of Finance and Operations and is responsible for the finance (corporate services and planning & analysis) , operations, compliance and risk and human resources functions.

Andrew is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience in the profession and financial services industry working at Ernst & Young, AMP, Colonial First State, Zurich and Australia Skandia.

Prior to joining to ADCU he was Chief Financial Officer of Australian Skandia Limited where he was responsible for the finance, investment operations, compliance and risk and legal functions.

Bob McGregor, Head of Credit

Bob McGregor joined ADCU in the position of Head of Credit in November 2004 where he is responsible for the Credit Risk Exposure of the organisation; with over 17 year’s financial services experience, with 14 years within the Credit Union Industry and a further 3 years working for a leading lender’s mortgage insurer PMI.

Bob is a member of the Australasian Mutual’s Institute, Australian Institute of Credit Management, Risk Management Institute Australia and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Mike Lanzing, Head of Business Development

Mike Lanzing is our Head of Business Development and has responsibility for the sale of our products and services. In carrying out this role Mike oversees our staff who work across our branch network and the Regional Managers and our Insurance Manager report directly to him.

Mike has a strong business development background having worked at a number of financial institutions including BankWest, AMP, Chase AMP, NatWest Bank and ANZ. Mike has a Bachelor of Economics and MBA.

Mike is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Justice of the Peace.

Christina Imada, Marketing Manager 

Christina Imada has been the Marketing Manager at ADCU since December 2010. Christina has a background in financial services marketing and has been working within the Credit Union industry since 2005.

She is responsible for brand management, member communications, product development, the overall member experience and our online channel.

Christina has a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) and is a member of the Australasian Mutual’s Institute.
